By accessing or using the RocVille Media House platform ("Service"), including Creator OS and all associated tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RocVille Media House provides an AI-powered brand intelligence platform for content creators. The Service includes brand strategy generation, content planning, analytics, and related tools. The Service is provided "as is" and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated tools to access the Service without permission
• Resell or redistribute the Service without written consent
• Use the Service to generate content that violates third-party rights

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by RocVille Media House and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create using the Service. You grant us a limited license to process your content to provide the Service.

6. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate strategies, recommendations, and content. AI-generated output may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before use. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated output.

7. Payment Terms

Paid subscriptions are processed through Paystack. Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) or US Dollars (USD) as applicable. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.

8. Data Processing

We process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to such processing. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RocVille Media House shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
