• Payment is processed by Paystack

4. AI Training and Your Data

We do not use your brand data, content, or strategy documents to train AI models. Your brand intelligence is yours. AI processing for your account uses models provided by third-party services (OpenRouter) and does not contribute to model training. Your data is processed in the context of your account only.

5. Data Sharing

We share information only with:

• Service providers: Supabase (database), Paystack (payments), Vercel (hosting), OpenRouter (AI), PostHog (analytics)
• Legal requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights
• Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, regular security audits, and incident response procedures. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

7. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Account data is retained for 30 days after deletion request. Analytics data is aggregated and anonymized after 12 months. You may request deletion of your data at any time.
